Chicken and Green Squash Pasta

This Chicken and Green Squash Pasta recipe is easy, healthy and delicious.  Also, if you have picky eaters, who love pasta, this would be a great way to get them to eat their vegetables.

Serves: 4 Prep

Time: 10 Minutes

Cook Time: 35 Minutes

 Ingredients

1

1 Tbsp of Olive oil
1lb of Chicken Tenders Cut in Cubes
3 Cloves of Garlic
1 Tbsp of Chopped Italian Parsley
2 Grated Green Squash
1/2 lb of Angel Hair Pasta
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Tsp of Ground Ginger
1Tsp of Italian Herbs
1 1/2 Cup of Water

Directions

Heat-up skillet on medium heat, then add olive oil, chicken, garlic and all spices

Sauté chicken for 5 minutes one each side (Total of 10minutes)

Add the green squash and parsley  and sauté with chicken for 5 minutes

Add water and cook for 20 minutes on low medium heat

In the mean time cook the pasta, strain it, then add it to the sauce

  • 1 Tbsp of Chopped Italian Parsley
  • 2 Grated Green Squash
  • ½ lb of Angel Hair Pasta
  • Salt, Pepper to taste
  • 1 Tsp of Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp of Italian Herbs
  • 1½ Cup of Water
Directions
  1. Heat-up skillet on medium heat
  2. Add Olive Oil, Chicken, Garlic and Spices
  3. Saute chicken for 5 minutes one each side (Total of 10minutes)
  4. Add Green Squash and Parsley, the saute with chicken for 5 minutes
  5. Add Water, and Cook for 20 Minutes on Low Medium Heat
