Chocolate Avocado Pudding

If you are looking for a guilt free, creamy and rich chocolate desert, then try this easy and nutritious chocolate avocado pudding recipe. Although I have to say that when I make this recipe, I eat it as snack since it’s very filling.  The cocoa powder is overpowering, so you won’t notice that the avocado is there. Since this is such an easy and quick recipe, it makes for the perfect desert for a dinner party.

 Ingredients:

1 Ripe Avocado
1 Cup of Plain Low Fat Greek Yogurt
1/4 Cup of Cocoa Powder
2 Tbsp of Honey
A couple of Strawberries for garnish (optional)
Directions:

To the food processor or blender, add the diced avocado, cocoa powder, yogurt, and honey

 Pulse for about 2 minutes until all the ingredients are blended and the mixture turns creamy

Place in pudding cups, chill for at least an hour, and then garnish with strawberries right before you serve.
