Chocolate Bark with Nuts and Raisins This Chocolate Bark with Nuts and Raisins make the prefect snack or desert especially if you are a chocoholic like me. You will be amazed how easy and quick it is to make chocolate candy. All you need to do is melt the chocolate and add whatever you please and voila, you have chocolate candy as good as the one you buy from the store or even a chocolate factory.

Ingredients:

12 ounces of Semisweet Chocolate
1/3 cup of Pistachios Chopped
1/3 cup of Walnuts Chopped
1/3 cup of Raisins
1/2 tsp of Sea Salt (or to taste)

Directions:

Melt Chocolate Melt the chocolate in a medium bowl over simmering water; make sure the water doesn’t touch the bowl
You can also melt the chocolate in the microwave.

Spread chocolate on the parchment paper Once melted, remove the chocolate off theĀ heat and let it cool for a couple of minutes, then poor it over the parchment paper and spread it using an offset Spatula or knife until you reach 1/4 of an inch in thickness

top off the chocolate with nuts, raisins and salt Sprinkle the pistachios, walnuts, raisins and salt over the chocolate.
Using your palms, gently press down on the nuts and raisins so they’ll get stuck to the chocolate, then set aside for 2 hours until it hardens.

cut up the chocolate when it completely hardens Cut up the chocolate barkĀ using a knife to get a clean cut or by just breaking it with your hands

  4. Sprinkle the pistachios, walnuts, raisins and salt over the chocolate.
  5. Using your palms, gently press down on the nuts and raisins so they'll get stuck to the chocolate, then set aside for 2 hours until it hardens.
