Chocolate Chip Cinnamon Bread

chocolate chip cinnamon bread I love the combination of the chocolate and cinnamon. So I came up this fabulous chocolate chip cinnamon bread recipe. The chocolate chips give the bread a mild chocolate flavor and keep it moist, while the cinnamon spice it up a bit.

Just like my other cake and bread recipes, I use yogurt to make the bread extra moist without having to use a lot of butter or oil.

When the bread is a day or two old, I like to heat it up in the toaster, and boy does it taste amazing. It regain its moisture, some of those chocolate chips melt and the house smells like baked cinnamon bread again. You can even spread some butter or cream cheese on, then eat it with a cup of coffee. It can’t get better than that!
