Chocolate Yogurt Bunt Cake

If you are a chocoholic like me, you will love making this pound cake. I make this cake once in a while or on special occasions only just because I end up eating most of it within a day or two, which doesn’t help the diet at all.
You will notice that I am not using  an electric mixer for this recipe. To be honest,  I was just lazy to take mine out of cabinet, so I decided to use the old fashioned way. I also wanted to show you that this recipe is very simple where no fancy gadgets are needed. If you have a mixer, then by all means go ahead and use it as it will save you a little bit of time.
 Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 60 minutes

Ingredients:

1
4 Eggs
1 cup of cooking oil (or melted butter)
1 cup of Vanilla Yogurt (or Plain Yogurt)
1 1/2 of Sugar
2 1/2 of All Purpose Flour
1/2 of Coco Powder
2 tsp of Baking Powder
1 tsp of Vanilla
1/4 tsp of Salt
Cooking Spray
Oh you also need a bunt cake pan of course

Directions:

 Pre-heat Oven to 350 Degrees

Spray your pan very well, you can also use butter and flour
I prefer cooking spray, it’s quick and easy

 In a mixing bowl, mix the eggs

 Add the yogurt, oil, and sugar and mix

 Add the vanilla and baking powder, and continue with mixing

 Add the flour little by little while mixing.
This is where your mixer might come in handy, but it really isn’t that hard.

 The batter should look like this.

 Pour half your batter into the pan

 There comes my FAVORITE part.
Add the coco powder to the remaining batter

 Mix it well with the batter

 Then add it to the pan

 Bake for 50-60 minutes

This looks ready, and the house smells sooo good

Make sure your cake is completely cool before transferring it to a dish
