Grilled Stuffed Mushrooms

6Yum, yum, yum… these babies are so good. I make them every time I have mushrooms. I can’t believe it took me this long to post this recipe.  They make the perfect appetizer or side dish. Here is an added bonus, mushrooms are loaded with vitamin D. For this reason I try to include mushrooms in my diet as mush as possible. I am using brea cheese for this recipe, but feel free to substitute with cream cheese or any other cheese that you might like.
I hope you get to try this recipe and enjoy it!
