Grilled Stuffed Mushrooms

August 20 , 2013 by: Loubna Appetizers and Sides, Dinner

6Yum, yum, yum… these babies are so good. I make them every time I have mushrooms. I can’t believe it took me this long to post this recipe.  They make the perfect appetizer or side dish. Here is an added bonus, mushrooms are loaded with vitamin D. For this reason I try to include mushrooms in my diet as mush as possible. I am using brea cheese for this recipe, but feel free to substitute with cream cheese or any other cheese that you might like.
I hope you get to try this recipe and enjoy it!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:

 Button Mushrooms, stems removed
Worcheshire sauce
Brie Cheese or Cream Cheese
Olive Oil

Put a drop of worcheshire sauce in each mushroom, and let them sit for a couple of minutes to allow the mushrooms to absorb some of the sauce
